The "mouth" harmonica as it is commonly called is one of the most popular instruments in the field of popular tradition.

This exhibition traces the history of this instrument through numerous models dating from the early 1900s to the present day, there will also be original catalogs from  typical vintage  graphics.

We will therefore be able to know the evolution of the instrument and how it spread throughout the world starting from Europe.

The exhibition includes:

Diatonic harmonicas commonly used in blues and country music

Chromatic harmonicas used in classical music and Jazz

Tremolo and octave harmonicas mostly used in popular music

Orchestral harmonicas used since 1920 in harmonica orchestras

Original catalogs from the 1920's.
